Born and raised in Chicago, IL, Marcie is the proud mother of two wonderful young-adult children, Elona and Darrell. While Marcie’s Military and Business successes are numerous, she has striven to incorporate selfless activities into her life as well. Below you’ll get the full scope of her training and experiences. A primary tenet in Marcie’s life philosophy is the importance of balance in one’s spiritual life, personal life, family life, business life and social life.
I offer over forty years of progressive, professional experience and growth in Telecommunications, specifically through Program/Project Management, Technical Solutions Managing (TSM), Master Trainer (Military and Civilian lifestyles) and Lifetime Coaching. These Lifetime lessons learned entail the most beautiful evolution of self and those lives I have touched rather it was preparing for battle or enabling growth of one’s self. When faced with any decisions/life choices, I am equipped with the knowledge, wisdom and capability to know without any uncertainties I have made the right choices! Did I say "RIGHT CHOICES" hmmmm what gives me the right to think they are the right choices? Well, my experience in counseling, coaching, training and evaluation of well over 15,000 people, through life experiences and functioning roles eg. Master Trainer, Research, Analysis, Senior Program/Project Management (ability to be detailed focused/oriented) and Financial Management of budgets exceeding 100M has provided me with situations, issues and challenges that had to be resolved and moved on from.
Revivification of one’s self leads to growth and obtainment of ones dreams and aspirations. Through our innate abilities, we are all capable and equipped to succeed or fail at whatever we are compelled to do. Being able to differ from what is morally right or wrong with emphasizes given to the “Golden Rule” (Treat others – Rather it is people, places or things as you would want to be treated) has severely diminished in our society and must be regained. Through coaching individuals and providing tools/information that will awaken mankind to the truth about themselves and the environment in which they live; my expertise in “coaching” will allow right choices and decisions to be made confidently, to include awakening to your other gifts. This awakening is derived from the souls yearning to co-exist and co-create with the universe and can only be achieved through self-realization and thoroughly knowing thyself. My calling to assist and giveback to society is complimented as a result of my gifts of Knowledge, Wisdom, Compassion, Empathy, and Love of Mankind.

Over 22+ yrs. of Military Experience in Telecommunications, Communications Security (COMSEC),of which 14yrs were spent as a Senior Project Manager with special assignments such as Manager, Pentagon Telecommunications for the Commander and Chief- US Army (President of the United States and Staff) Master Trainer – trained over 10,250 Network customers, Served as security Advisor for Command and Control For Corp, Certified Defense Information- Communications Security Agent on General Staff (G6) Strategic Operations Readiness- Team Lead, Branch Chief- Quality Assurance.
Over 19 years of experience with AT&T in roles such as Senior Technical Solutions Manager (TSM) Information Technology, Agile Trained, Senior Strategic Initiative Owner (SIO) – responsible for Program Management, reporting, and accountability for over $100M portfolio. Senior Project Manager Network Reliability responsibilities included but not limited to …defining scope, creating timelines while maintaining control and integrity of activities surrounding project , including identification, validation, security requirements, resource planning and operating within budget constraints. Lead Cross Functional teams that included a variety of support groups and external vendor/suppliers. Responsible for coordination, implementation and integration of projects. Executed Liaison functional responsibilities for technical training of over 400 employees. Trained over 100 personnel on prism financial modules, forecasting, reporting, executive readouts, project true-ups, and maintenance of project budgets. Special volunteered assignment accepted at HICAP Center (Call Center/Provisioning) to manage and assist with escalations and improving efficiency of services while supporting inclusive environment.
